For those of you who got through Madame Bovary, way to go! And for those of you who didn't, that's okay too.  What a challange! Thanks for having us Kylie - next time we will know which apartment complex and which C102 or C103 is really yours and maybe be on time.  The cheesecake was great and the recipe is on the link to your right. 
Nancy, hope your "fencing" is done and your eye is all better . . .
Allyson, have fun at Girls Camp.  I will be thinking about you as I am sleeping in my nice comfy bed . . .
Please note date change for July.  We will be meeting at Nancy's Tuesday July 17th at 8:00 PM to discuss The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks.  Nancy has some copies at her house.  If you still have a copy of Madame Bovary please get it to Kylie. 

We have discussed changing the day we meet to the 2nd Thursday of the month starting in August.  (Anyone interested in hosting in August?)  Please weigh in and we will make a definite decision next month.

For May we will be reading Out Of My Mind by Sharon M. Draper.  Hope you can join us Wednesday, May 9th at Allyson's house for the book discussion.

We met for herbal tea and sunflower bread at Kris's house and discussed Remembering Isaac: The Wise and Joyful Potter of Niederbipp. We thought we would try the 2nd Wednesday of the month starting May 9th.  (I will post the book as soon as I find out what we are reading).  Hope you can make it!

This month's book club will be at Teressa's house, on Thursday the 2nd. Everyone is suppose to bring a good book to recommend to everyone, one you have read or one that you would like to read. Please take note of the updated schedule. If you know that you will not be able to host on your given day, please let me know or trade with someone.

September Book

This month we are reading Moon Over Manifest by Clare Vanderpool. We will meet on Oct. 6 at Kris' home.

August Book

I hope that this is just a formality and you weren't really all waiting for me to post this month's book on here before you read it because I totally forgot! But if you were waiting then here is the book we are reading for August. Now find a copy and get reading! See you all on Sept. 1st at Jodie's house. Let me know if you need directions.
